Aeration

Its important to aerate your lawn to alleviate soil compaction. This will allow oxygen, water, and nutrients to reach the grass roots. That will help the grass roots to grow deeper into the ground and create a stronger, more vigorous lawn. When to Aerate is based on lawn type.

Aeravation

Another way to get oxygen, water, and nutrients to your grass roots is with an Aeravator. We use the Aeravtor not only to achieve these goals but also to create a great bed for seeding. The Aeravator uses 3-4’ spikes to shatter the top layer of the soil and produces fantastic results.

Seeding

When to seed your lawn and with what kind of seed depends on your lawn type. We use top quality “Blue Tag” seed. We spread seed at a rate of 6-10lbs per 1000 ft2 depending whether it’s an “over-seeding” or a “full seeding”.

Total Vegetation Control

There are many different types of grasses and some of them can make a lawn look rough. One of the ways to take care of this issue is to perform a Total Vegetation Control. This is the process of burning out parts or whole lawns to get rid of unwanted grass types. Some grass types can take up to six weeks to burn out i.e. “Bermuda”.
